There is no extra water used in this mead, just cherry juice. And yes you can taste it!
In addition to 100% cherry juice (from 1.5 kg of fresh cherries per liter of finished product), pure flower honey has of course been used in combination with an extract (of course) of rose petals. A true feast for the senses of smell and taste!
After maturing on American oak chips, a beautiful bouquet of vanilla has emerged.
Sweetened with honey, this drink is very suitable for dessert.
