Ansuz (Peach Nectarine Melomel Mead 12%)
Wood peach and ripe nectarine are the basis of this mead.
Of course in combination with pure European flower honey.
A touch of vanilla and thyme in combination with wood aging on heavy toasted American oak (chips) makes Ansuz a balanced beautiful mead to enjoy.
This mead is served with a 'signature desert' in a well-known Michelin star restaurant, which of course makes us very proud as makers.
Only natural fresh products are used in our mead
