Summer is coming to an end, which means that the Celtic 'Samhain' (Celtic New Year at the end of the summer) will start again. For us this means Autumn and Winter. It's getting colder, darker faster and we long for warmth from fire or a delicious dark beer.BockThor is a Doppelbock that can bring you this warmth. A dark beer that has a higher alcohol content for a Bock beer. Brewed according to the traditional way of brewing bock beer (decoction method). Fresh hops grown in Waalwijk have been used for this batch. This gives the beer, in addition to its malty sweetness of roasted caramel, a special malt bitter, which makes this beer special.
