No extra water was used in this mead, just cherry juice. And yes, you can taste it!
In addition to 100% cherry juice (from 1.5kg of fresh cherries per liter of end product), pure flower honey has of course been used in combination with an extract (natural) of rose petals. A true feast for the senses of smell and taste!
After maturing on American oak wood chips, a beautiful bouquet of vanilla has emerged.
Sweetened with honey, this drink is very suitable for dessert.
