This beer marked the beginning of Nemeton Brewing's adventure. A thick honey stout with wonderful old-school flavors like roasted, licorice, honey, and caramel.
A beautiful stout matured on Bourbon Barrel Chips!
But not just on bourbon barrel chips, now also aged for two years in Hennessy Cognac. And you can taste it! What refined aromas have been developed in this beer. Note: This version is Cask Strength, which means the Hennessy aromas are even more pronounced in this beer!
