From the Brewmaster
The unique and mysterious recipes of Nemeton Brewing are composed by Dennis Verduijn, brewmaster full of passion. Dennis strives for balanced beer in which several layers of flavor are intertwined. "It must be a taste EXPERIENCE" is his motto. He thinks the interplay of the different types of malt, hops, fruit and sometimes herbs or blossoms is great to use in a balanced, tasteful beer. Making the perfect beer is of course a utopia, but striving for this perfection is one of his goals.
